Asambly Chemicals Co., Ltd. is a new and dynamic company in fluorochemical field, we focus on the research and development of fluorine-containing monomers VDF (vinylidene fluoride) and CTFE (chlorotrifluoroethylene), and we are mainly engaged in manufacturing of fluoropolymers with the two kinds of fluorine-containing monomer. 

Asambly Chemicals is a leading and the biggest manufacturer of PVDF resin, a kind of fluoropolymer made from VDF, in China. We use the “state of the art” technology of suspension polymerization developed by ourselves to make sure our products with high quality and good consistency. Our current production capacity is 3500 MT annually and will increase to 5000 MT in 2012. The coating grade PVDF resin is a powder form with good yellowing resistance and good dispersibility, mainly used in coil coating, extrusion coating and cool metal coating (cool roofing coating); The plastic grade PVDF resin is a granular (pellet) form, mainly used in engineering plastics. Asambly Chemicals is also a leading manufacturer of FEVE and PCTFE, both of which are made from CTFE. FEVE is a fuloropolymer used in coating and can be cured at ambient temperature. PCTFE , mainly used in engineering plastics, offers the unique combination of physical and mechanical properties, nonflammability, chemical resistance, near zero moisture absorption, and excellent electrical properties.
